IAIN ABERNETHY COURSE - KEIGHLEY
On 29th July, Mollie, Frank, Luke, Joseph & Isaac participated in a course led by Iain Abernethy. This course focused on the locks and throws in Pinan Sandan kata. “It was very educational, fun and everyone got a lot out the day.”
